 Information handled by the game

Marble Trails 3D does not require an account. Game progress, scores, unlock status, and settings are stored locally on the device. The developer does not operate a server that receives this local game data. Users can remove local data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and third-party data

The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner and interstitial advertisements. According to Google's SDK disclosure, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share IP addresses, product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. These data may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google states that data collected by the SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Permissions and features

The app and its embedded advertising SDK use internet, network-state, advertising-ID, and  ad-services permissions. The app does not request dangerous runtime access to precise device location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera. The game does not provide account creation, cloud storage, user-generated content, or in-app purchases.

Data sharing and retention

Advertising-related data may be processed by Google and its service providers under their policies and retention schedules. The developer does not sell local game progress or settings. Requests about developer-controlled information can be sent to the privacy contact above.

Children's privacy

The App does not ask players to enter their age, name, or email address to play. Advertising services may nevertheless process the information described in this policy. Parents or guardians with concerns about a child's information should contact us. If we learn that support information was collected from a child without authorization required by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the game, advertising SDK, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available at the public policy URL.
